During the 2020 NYC pandemic, I found myself walking through New York in a way I had never experienced before. Times Square, the Brooklyn Bridge, and familiar streets were quiet in a way that felt almost unreal. This series was photographed not to document empty places alone, but to remember what it felt like to stand inside that silence and witness the city holding its breath.
